At Point.Piste, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in Point.Piste hardware products purchased directly from our official online store.
 

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
 

  1. Warranty Coverage

Point.Piste provides a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
 

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Point.Piste will, at its sole discretion:

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts;

• replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal functionality; or

• provide a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Replacement products may be new or professionally refurbished.
 

  2. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from the official Point.Piste online store.
 

If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer or distributor, please contact the seller first regarding warranty claims.
 

Point.Piste may, at its sole discretion, provide warranty service for products purchased through authorized resellers.

  3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

• defects in materials;

• defects in workmanship;

• electronic failures occurring during normal intended use;

• hardware failures resulting from manufacturing defects.

  4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage;

• misuse or abuse;

• improper installation or operation;

• unauthorized modifications or repairs;

• cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;

• damage caused by dropping, crushing, excessive force or impact;

• water or liquid damage unless the product is specifically rated for such exposure;

• damage caused by fire, natural disasters or other external causes;

• normal wear and tear;

• consumable components such as batteries, where capacity naturally decreases over time.

  5. Battery

Battery performance naturally decreases with age and usage.

Normal battery ageing is considered expected wear and is not covered under this warranty.
 

If a battery is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault shortly after purchase, Point.Piste will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
 

  6. Software and Connectivity

Point.Piste products rely on compatible mobile devices, Bluetooth connectivity and the official Point.Piste application.

This warranty does not cover problems resulting from:

• incompatible devices;

• unsupported operating systems;

• third-party applications;

• Bluetooth interference;

• software installed or modified by third parties.

Point.Piste may release firmware or software updates to improve performance, security or compatibility.

  7. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact:

Please include:

• your order number;

• proof of purchase;

• a description of the issue;

• photographs or videos showing the defect, where possible.

Our support team may request additional information to help diagnose the issue before approving a warranty claim.

  8. Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, Point.Piste will provide instructions for returning the product.
 

Point.Piste will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty repairs or replacements.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for products that are found not to be covered by this warranty.

  9. Exclusions

This warranty becomes void if the product has been:

• intentionally damaged;

• modified without authorization;

• repaired by unauthorized persons;

• used contrary to the product instructions;

• used for unlawful purposes;

• damaged through negligence or improper storage.

  10. Limitation of Warranty

Except as required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the only express warranty provided by Point.Piste.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
 

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

  11. Statutory Consumer Rights

Consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty.

For customers within the European Union, this commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory legal guarantee.
